Light and smooth type. Clean aroma of apple and pear are harmonized with mineral, grain and touch of creamy aroma. Round mild sweetness and fruity acidic flavor are balanced nicely. Very dry, crisp and smooth sake. SMV : +6 Acidity: 1.3 Alc: 15%-16%

Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori (unfiltered) – Big Mountain Cloudy |
Nigori sake (its name roughly translates to "cloudy" because of its appearance) is unfiltered. It ranges from slightly cloudy to milky white. It generally is the sweetest of all sakes, but Ohyama is pretty dry, with clean and round flavors of pear and apple, and a steamed rice finish. SMV: +6 Acidity: 1.3 Alc: 14%-14.9%.
