Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is sourced from the area of Lodi, California. It shows the classic profile of a California Chardonnay. The elegant apple and lemon fruit profile is well balanced with hints of green pears. The white floral aromas are soft and add a nice delicate touch. There is a slight buttery quality to this wine which provides a nice mouth feel.
Aged in oak for 4 to 6 months, blend of new and used French and American oak. The fruit for this vintage comes from Bear Creek winery. 13.4% Alcohol. This wine is vegan.

Chardonnay Russian River Reserve

The 2014 Hudson Rock Russian River Chardonnay is from a spectacular set of vineyards located in the last bend in the Russian River before it heads into the Redwoods and to the Pacific. This is a loamy, pebbly, benchland that gets a traditional daytime heat blast and then a river of cold air up the valley from the ocean.
Only 4% of the wine goes through malolactic fermentation. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. Soft with a plump fruit center. Distinctive peach nose. This wine is vegan.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Hudson Rock Cabernet is sourced from the area of Lodi, California. This plush ripe Cabernet is full of red fruits, red plum, and dark cherry. The secondary flavors of brown spice and licorice root fill in nicely behind the fruit characteristics. Please enjoy this wine while it is fresh and vibrant.
