Domaine Jahiot is located in the town of Plassac, southwest of France between Angoulême and Cognac. It has belonged to the same family for 6 generations. The blackcurrant plantations are on top of a hill facing southeast so that the fruit benefits from optimum sunshine. Note: all the crèmes are vegan. |

Crème de Cassis |
Each summer, the master liquorist selects the plots. The berries are quickly taken to the cellar where they macerate in high quality alcohol for many more months compared to other traditional crème de cassis. It follows a time-honored process aimed at obtaining the concentrated flavors and aromas of freshly picked berries for which Jahiot’s Blackcurrant Liqueur is appreciated. Opaque, deep purple color. Complex, astringent and "Über-berry" fragrances that are concentrated and delicate; the nose develops to reveal notes of bramble, vegetation/leaves and black pepper. On the palate, it is tangy, jammy and complex with an intense richness and viscosity balanced by a refreshing acidity. 18% Alcohol. The liqueur is best appreciated neat, on the rocks or as a cocktail: with white wine for a Kir or with Champagne for a Kir Royal. A small amount goes a long way to flavor ice-creams, sorbets or other desserts. |
Crème de Framboise |
Made from a very aromatic type of raspberry picked at the peak of maturity, delicately macerated in the finest alcohol and sugar. The fruits require great care and attention during the maceration process to preserve and reveal the raspberries' most subtle perfumes. It may be served pure, with ice or as a cocktail, with white wine or Champagne. It also offers many cooking possibilities. For a unique dessert alternative try it with ice cream, sorbet or a fruit salad. 18% ABV. |
Crème de Pêche |
Made on the domaine from a very aromatic type of peach and natural flavor following a traditional method of production. With the high amount of real fruit used, this liqueur reveals the most appreciated intense taste of fresh sweet peaches. Serve chilled, on the rocks, mixed in a cocktail or add a shot to your dry white wine or Champagne. This also offers great possibilities for cooking and will add superb flavor to ice-creams, sorbets and other desserts. 18% ABV. Gold Medal - International Competition for Fruit Liqueurs 2010. |
Crème de Mûre |
Made on the domaine from wild blackberries and natural flavors following a traditional method of production. The high concentration in fruits gives this liqueur the succulent intense taste of fresh wild blackberries. Enjoy this chilled, on the rocks, mixed in a cocktail or add a shot to your dry white wine or Champagne. 18% ABV. |
